Due to the digital nature of instant PNGtuber downloads and digital art files, all sales are final once files have been delivered or downloaded.

• 🌸 Technical Support: If you experience any technical issues, corrupted files, or missing items in your download folder, please contact me at artifex.aura@gmail.com and I will fix or resend your files immediately!

• 🔄 Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital item twice, please reach out to me with your order numbers for a full refund on the duplicate order.

• ✏️ Custom Orders & Tweaks: Custom commission requests or model tweaks can be canceled for a full refund only if work has not yet started.
